I work from a perspective that all behaviours reflect an underlying need and that when those needs are met with compassion and understanding, interventions are more easily applied effectively. I foster a safe and comfortable space to work through difficulties and explore ways to grow. I would love to work alongside you as we discover ways of coping and healing through difficult times and establish positive behaviour patterns. I offer individual, and family therapy for a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, inter-familial relationship issues, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress management.
I work using an integrative approach incorporating models such as Solution-Focused therapy, attachment-based frameworks, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Narrative therapy as well as Mindfulness-Based therapy. I have over 5 years of experience supporting individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, FASD, and learning difficulties.
I am currently accepting new clients. I provide a 15 minute free phone consultation prior to beginning our journey together to ensure that we are a good fit. I understand that it can be difficult to seek help during hardship, therefore I can also offer in-home client visits to make the process of receiving help easier.
